Day 9
I am so bad at working out.
I haven't went at all this week! I also haven't washed my hair which is equally appalling. I could just not get it going this morning. I'm excited to have Matt out of the house for a couple days. I always get in a better rhythm with him gone.
I'm incredibly tired this morning for some reason. I really could sleep for the rest of the morning.
I've made my 'cowboy coffee' for the day. It's the kind that has the grits that stay in the coffee you drink a little longer and possibly while you drink it. It takes on a thicker texture where you could be drinking coffee or you could be drinking sludge. It's one of my favorite 'specialty' coffees from a french press. It's really from not seeping your coffee properly. Regardless it gets the job done magnificently.
Charlie is staring at me with his side eye and judging look. He needs to go outside but he's too proud and too patient to start scratching on the door. I'm sitting in our booth by the window listening to the ever consistent morning construction where they chip away at their prolonged projects before they run out of money and have to take a hiatus. My hair is in a high ponytail with quite a lot falling out of every side. The grease is keeping it in place for the most part.
Better take Charlie out and get in the shower.
